What is our Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly EXCHANGE or issue STORE CREDIT on unused merchandise within 7 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Used merchandise cannot be exchanged unless defective. Holiday Returns: All holiday decorations and sales are FINAL and CANNOT be exchanged, refunded or price adjusted. No exceptions will be made. All Special Orders, Jewelry and Rug purchases are FINAL SALE and will not be exchanged or refunded.

How do I create an account and do I need to?

It is not necessary to create an account. You may shop as a guest. There are, however, benefits to creating an account; your contact information and order information will be securely stored, which will save you time every time you return. No credit card information is used in your personal account information.

Will I receive an order confirmation

Yes, within 24 hours. If you don’t receive email confirmation, please email us at Sales@ShopDekado.com. Please provide us with your name and the date that the order was placed.
