Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer complimentary shipping on orders over $150 (after discounts) within the contiguous US. We understand that our customers lead busy lives and that their time is valuable. That’s why we work hard to ensure that items are delivered in 5 to 8 Business Days via UPS.

Orders under $150 ship for a flat $15.95.

Larger items that need extra care in shipping carry an oversized fee of $65.95 per piece. The fee applies to every shipped order with an oversized item, including orders that ship free. There is no oversized fee with free in-store pickup.

Alaska and Hawaii: shipping is a flat $49.95 per order, plus the oversized fee for any oversized piece. Free shipping does not apply.

We appreciate our customers’ business and do everything we can to make sure their shopping experience is a positive one.

Live within about 100 miles of our Brentwood store? Choose free in-store pickup at checkout instead of shipping. The pickup option appears once you enter your address.

We will email you as soon as your order is ready, usually within 1 business day. Please wait for that email before coming in.

Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm
Please bring: your order number and a photo ID that matches the name on the order.

There is no deadline to collect. Your order is already paid for, and we will hold it until you can come in.
